Child Safety Policy
Last updated: April 26, 2026
See something? Report immediately.
If you encounter content on AERIOX Studio that may sexually exploit a child, email safety@aeriox.co or use our takedown form. We respond within 24 hours and report all CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
You can also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org or call 1-800-843-5678.
1. Our Commitment
AERIOX Studio ("we", "us") operates a generative-AI platform. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, and any content that depicts, sexualizes, or endangers minors. This policy describes the steps we take to prevent such content, respond to reports, and cooperate with law enforcement.
This Child Safety Policy supplements our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Violations of this policy constitute a material breach of the Terms and may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.
2. Minimum Age
AERIOX Studio is not intended for use by anyone under 13 years of age (United States) or 16 years of age (European Union and United Kingdom, per GDPR-K and UK Age Appropriate Design Code).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below these ages. If we learn that an account belongs to a user below the applicable minimum age, we will close the account and delete the associated data. Parents or guardians who believe a minor has created an account should contact safety@aeriox.co for immediate removal.
3. Absolutely Prohibited Content
The following content categories are prohibited on AERIOX Studio without exception. Generation, upload, storage, sharing, or facilitation of any of these will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities:
- CSAM: any visual depiction, real or AI-generated, of a minor (under 18) engaged in sexually explicit conduct, including images created via prompt, edit, animation, lip-sync, or any other AI workflow.
- Sexualization of minors: content depicting minors in sexual or suggestive poses, attire, or contexts; content emphasizing erogenous zones of minors; content that pairs minors with sexual themes, language, or scenarios.
- Grooming: content designed to groom, lure, or sexualize minors, including roleplay scenarios with under-18 characters in sexual or romantic adult-targeted situations.
- Child violence: gratuitous or graphic violence against minors; content depicting abuse, torture, or harm to children.
- Real-child likeness: AI-generated content using the likeness of a real, identifiable minor without verifiable parental/guardian consent — even when not sexually explicit. This includes deepfakes of public-figure minors.
Cartoons and stylization do not exempt content. Anime, illustration, 3D-rendered, or otherwise stylized depictions of minors in sexual or sexualized contexts are prohibited under the same standards. U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2256(8)(B)) and the PROTECT Act of 2003 specifically address virtual and computer-generated child pornography.
4. Detection & Prevention
AERIOX Studio uses multiple layered safeguards to detect and prevent prohibited content:
Pre-generation
- Prompt-level moderation on every generation request via per-model safety parameters (see
fal-safety.ts). Prompts that target minors with sexual or violent intent are blocked before any compute is incurred. - Provider-level filters. Every upstream model we route through (Flux, Imagen, Veo, Kling, Sora, etc.) ships its own safety classifier. We do not disable, bypass, or weaken these filters.
personGeneration:allow_adultis the default for all human-generation paths that expose the parameter (e.g. Imagen). Users cannot toggle this to a less restrictive setting.
Post-generation
- PhotoDNA hashing of every generated image and video frame against the known-CSAM hash database, performed automatically before content is persisted to storage.
- ClipTagger review (Modal-hosted vision classifier) screens generated and uploaded media for indicators of minor sexualization, child-violence tropes, and grooming patterns.
- Account-level signals (repeat blocked prompts, rapid-iteration toward prohibited subjects, etc.) trigger automated holds, manual review, and when warranted, account termination plus law-enforcement reporting.
Sharing & publishing
- All content published via Distro passes a second moderation pass before it leaves AERIOX's infrastructure.
- Public review portals (NDA-gated client review) enforce the same content standards as the main Platform.
5. Reporting Suspected CSAM
If you encounter prohibited content on AERIOX Studio:
- Email safety@aeriox.co with the URL or asset id.
- Or use our takedown form and select the relevant statute. CSAM reports are escalated with a 24-hour SLA (faster than our standard 48-hour non-consensual-imagery response).
- You may also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org or by calling 1-800-843-5678. We coordinate with NCMEC on every confirmed report.
You are protected when you report in good faith. We do not require you to download or preserve the content yourself; reporting the URL is sufficient.
6. Our Response
- Within 1 hour: suspected content is preserved as evidence (cryptographically hashed, write-locked) and the originating account is suspended pending review.
- Within 24 hours: the report is reviewed by trained AERIOX staff. Confirmed CSAM is removed from public access and reported to NCMEC via the CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
- Within 90 days: we cooperate with any law-enforcement requests under proper legal process, retaining evidence for the statutory minimum 90-day preservation period (18 U.S.C. § 2258A(h)).
- Permanent: the originating account, payment method, and any associated accounts are terminated and added to a deny-list to prevent re-registration.
7. Law Enforcement Cooperation
AERIOX maintains a designated point of contact for law-enforcement requests. We respond to subpoenas, search warrants, and emergency disclosure requests in accordance with the Stored Communications Act (18 U.S.C. § 2701 et seq.) and the Electronic Communications Privacy Act.
For law-enforcement requests: email legal@aeriox.co with proper legal process. Emergency disclosure requests (immediate threat of death or serious bodily injury, including CSAM) are handled 24/7.
8. Resources for Parents & Guardians
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor in your care has created an AERIOX account, has been exposed to harmful content via the Platform, or has been targeted by another user:
- Email safety@aeriox.co for immediate account closure and data deletion.
- For broader online-safety resources, visit NetSmartz (NCMEC) or the U.S. Department of Justice's Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section.
- The FBI's Violent Crimes Against Children program accepts tips at tips.fbi.gov or 1-800-CALL-FBI.
