TAKE IT DOWN Act (15 USC §6851): Federal law requiring platforms to remove non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated, within 48 hours of a valid request.

NO FAKES Act(2025): Federal liability for unauthorized digital replicas of a real person's voice or likeness without their consent.
